Acoustic Box Fan Kits from Vortex

Acoustic box fans are still one of the go-to duct fans for growers looking to kit out larger grow rooms. They are powerful, move a lot of air and are built to last.

  • Trusted by growers for decades and highly sought after
  • Powerful motor moves a LOT of air
  • Boxed-in, acoustic design to reduce excess noise
  • Choose from 10-inch and 12-inch sizes
  • 8 metre hard-wired power cable — plenty of reach
  • Plug and play - works straight out of the box

Comes with Mammoth Filter, Ducting and Duct Clips

Box fans move large volumes of air, so you'll need a quality carbon filter that can keep up. The included Mammoth filters are more than up to the job, with RC 48 activated carbon, aluminium casings and 50mm bed depths. You also get high-quality, tear-resistant black combi ducting and three duct clips to connect everything together.

Why Use a Vortex Acoustic Box Fan?

Extraction systems are used to remove hot, stale, moist air from the grow space. Extracting air creates negative pressure in the area, drawing in fresh air from outside. This brings with it a fresh supply of CO2, fuelling the process of photosynthesis. It's no exaggeration to say that your duct fan is one of the most important items of equipment in your grow room when it comes to plant health.

Quiet and Discreet Operation

Vortex acoustic box fans are fitted with high-quality motors and they are constructed with MDF panels and thick insulation. This massively reduces noise levels, keeping your grow room as quiet as possible.
