Payment

I don't want to send my credit card details over the Internet, how else can I pay?
There are many ways you can pay for goods from GroWell other than online credit card payments. Once you have completed your online shopping you will be asked how you wish to pay for your goods. You will be given a series of options:-

Paying with PayPal

Select this option at checkout and follow the PayPal steps. Payment is immediate and your order will be despatched in line with your chosen delivery option.

Delivery Policy

Under £50

Standard Delivery (Dispatch within 2-3 Working Days Service) - £6.95

Priority Delivery (We aim for Next Working Day) - £8.95

Over £50

Standard Delivery (Dispatch within 2-3 Working Days Service) - FREE

Priority Delivery (We aim for Next Working Day) - £8.95

Cutoff time for Priority Delivery is 2pm - if you select this option after then, it'll be packed as soon as possible with the aim of getting to you on the next working day.

Heavy Goods Surcharge

For heavy or bulky items there may be a heavy or large item surcharge of £3.50 which is clearly visible in the checkout under shipping costs.

Please Note - On rare occasions, this won't be possible due to courier delays that're out of our control; we aim to get your priority goods to you as quickly as possible.

Working days for delivery are Monday - Friday (orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched Monday for priority services and up to Wednesday for standard UK delivery)

Please note that all quoted delivery times are estimated as we use 3rd party couriers to deliver your order, and any problems they may have are unfortunately beyond our control. The estimated delivery times also exclude weekends and bank holidays. While we do our very best to fulfill our delivery times, we cannot be held responsible for any delays that are beyond our control.
