A 70/30 coco and perlite blend introduces more air space and faster drainage, making it particularly useful for growers running higher-frequency irrigation.
If you want pure coco with good water retention, go 100% Coco Pro. If faster drainage is the priority, 70/30 makes more sense.

Consistency matters more in coco than trying to compensate with one heavy feed. Use a dedicated coco nutrient, keep an eye on pH and EC and gradually increase irrigation frequency as the root system and plant demand develop.
