When activiated, gradual increases and decreases in light output prevent any problems from arising, like bud rot.

is one kit inough on if lights connected using h type cable to controll them all only using one upgrade kit ?
No, you would need one upgrade kit per light. The umol upgrade kits contain replacement light panels which increase the efficiency, so you need to replace on all units. The mesh upgrade kits replace the driver, so again, one upgrade per unit.
