The relatively high levels of power used by HID grow lights can damage normal timers if they are not protected by a separate contactor. This Heavy Duty Lighting Timer has been designed specifically to withstand these power levels to offer a fantastic value solution for single light grow rooms. Rated to be able to control up to 1x 600 Watt Light, it will allow the owners of single light grow rooms to accurately control their light cycle without needing to invest in more expensive equipment.

    The Heavy Duty Lighting Timer will accept a standard 3 pin UK plug.

  • How many mains sockets does the heavy duty timer plug into? does it require two sockets like the control units i have seen elsewhere? thanks

    The Heavy Duty Lighting Timer only requires one power socket to work, you can use this product to run 1 600W light.
