The thermostat offers a user-friendly interface, a clear digital display screen, precise and reliable heat control (between 20˚C - 42˚C), Celsius and Fahrenheit options, and compatibility with the full range of Grow Gadgets Heat Mats.

Setting up the thermostat is a simple task which then lets you enjoy your heat mat to its full potential.

To start, put the probe in a suitable spot amongst your plants/growing method (at root level). Next situate the thermostat control unit in an easy to access location up and away from the cultivation area, making sure it’s safe from water. Plug your heat mat into the thermostat and then the thermostat into your power source. At this point you should see the LED display light up.

Pressing the SET button will show your current target temperature. When this is not activated, the screen shows the current actual temperature.

Pressing and holding the SET button for three seconds allows you to adjust the target temperature by then using the UP and DOWN buttons.

Holding the UP button for three seconds will display the temperature in Celsius, whilst holding the DOWN button will display the temperature in Fahrenheit.

The HEATING light stays on when your mat is in the process of warming up. It will turn off automatically as soon as the target has been reached and the mat no longer needs to operate.
