Cal-Mag and Sturdy Stalk can be useful in certain setups, but not every grower needs them from day one. Water type, growing medium, system style and plant response all make a difference.
For most growers, it makes sense to start with the main Emerald Harvest Cali Pro kit, then add Cal-Mag or Sturdy Stalk separately if your setup actually needs it.

Soil growers get a full-cycle feed programme with root, bloom and crop-quality support included. Coco and hydro growers get a structured nutrient routine that can be monitored properly with pH and EC testing.
If you’re growing in coco or hydro, we recommend using a pH and EC meter or testing kit so you can keep your feed strength and pH range dialled in.
Choose the 1–4 Plant Kit if you’re running a smaller setup, using fewer plants or want to try Emerald Harvest in practical starter sizes.
Choose the 1–8 Plant Kit if you’re running a bigger setup or want more flowering-stage support. The larger kit steps up the Bloom, Emerald Goddess, King Kola and Honey Chome sizes to give larger grows more headroom through the most demanding part of the cycle.
How long each kit lasts will depend on plant size, veg length, growing medium, system type, feed strength and how often you water.

*Feed rates are based on Emerald Harvest’s 2-Part Nutrient Series feed chart. Cali Pro A&B are used in equal parts. To extend the vegetative phase, repeat one or more late veg weeks. To extend the flowering phase, repeat one or more mid-flowering weeks. Always monitor plant response and adjust feed strength if needed.
Keep it simple on your first run. Start at the lower end of the feed chart, watch how your plants respond, and only increase strength when they are actively growing and asking for more. A consistent feed routine usually beats pushing too hard too early.
