For super accurate calibration use these solutions at 25oC and never keep an opened bottle for more than 6 months.
Using pH 7 buffer on its own is enough to get reliable readings from most handheld pH pens, but for added accuracy - most often associated with advanced meters like the Bluelab Guardian - you will want to create a second calibration point by also applying pH 4 buffer.
