Beneficial Bacteria, Fungi & Enzymes for the Root Zone
BioBizz Microbes is a highly concentrated biological additive combining beneficial bacteria, enzymes and fungi to support a healthier, more active root zone throughout the plant's lifecycle.
The formula is designed to improve biological activity around the roots, increase the useful root surface and support the uptake and availability of important macro and micronutrients.
It contains four beneficial Bacillus species alongside Trichoderma harzianum, supported by enzymes that help break down organic nutrients and create a productive environment for microorganisms within the growing media.
Use BioBizz Microbes from propagation and vegetative growth through flowering at just 0.2–0.4g per litre once a week. It works alongside the wider BioBizz range and is suitable for soil-based media, watering systems and hydroponic growing.

Works with the BioBizz range; designed to complement Bio Grow, Bio Bloom and other BioBizz additives;
Suitable for multiple systems; BioBizz lists it for regular watering, watering systems and hydroponics.
Why You Need It
A productive root zone is about more than roots alone.
Beneficial microorganisms living around the roots play an important role in nutrient cycling, availability and the overall biological activity of the growing medium.
BioBizz Microbes introduces a concentrated mix of beneficial bacteria, fungi and enzymes designed to create a more active rhizosphere and help plants make more effective use of the nutrition already available to them.
Instead of simply adding more fertiliser, Microbes works at root-zone level to support nutrient availability, root development and the biological processes that keep the substrate active.
What's Inside BioBizz Microbes?
BioBizz Microbes combines three key groups of biological components that work together around the root zone.
Beneficial Bacteria
BioBizz uses four different Bacillus species selected for their ability to support plant nutrition and the root-zone environment.
These bacteria help with processes including nutrient solubilisation, root tissue development and the promotion of naturally occurring plant growth processes.
Phosphorus availability is particularly important, as phosphorus can easily become unavailable within a growing medium even when it is physically present.
Trichoderma
Trichoderma harzianum is a beneficial fungus that colonises the area around plant roots.
BioBizz includes Trichoderma to support healthy root development, water retention, nutrient uptake and overall root-zone efficiency.
A well-established beneficial population also helps create a more competitive and biologically active environment around the roots.
Enzymes
The enzymes within BioBizz Microbes complement the living microorganisms in the formula.
They act as biological catalysts, helping break down organic nutrient compounds and creating free amino acids within the growing medium.
This helps support microbial activity and speeds up the processes involved in making nutrition available within an active substrate.
How BioBizz Microbes Supports Nutrient Uptake
Your roots can only absorb nutrients that are available in a usable form.
BioBizz Microbes supports the biological processes that help make nutrients available around the root zone, including nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and micronutrients.
The beneficial microorganisms also help increase the effective surface area of the root system, giving plants a larger active zone from which to access water and nutrition.
That makes Microbes particularly useful alongside an organic feeding programme, where microbial activity plays an important part in nutrient cycling.
How to Use BioBizz Microbes
BioBizz recommends applying Microbes once per week at 0.2–0.4g per litre of water.
Prepare the amount of water required for your feed.
Add and mix your normal BioBizz nutrients.
Make any required pH adjustments.
Accurately weigh the required amount of BioBizz Microbes.
Add the Microbes powder to your nutrient solution.
Allow it to dissolve and mix thoroughly for around 2 minutes.
Water your plants as normal.
Repeat once per week at the appropriate dosage.
BioBizz also states that Microbes can be applied twice per week during periods of particularly high nutrient demand.
BioBizz Microbes Feeding Schedule
The Microbes dosage is the same whether you're following the BioBizz All·Mix or Light·Mix / Coco·Mix programme.

Declared Microorganisms
BioBizz declares the following active microorganisms in Microbes:
Trichoderma harzianum; >10,000,000 CFU/g;
Bacillus valezensis; >500,000,000 CFU/g;
Bacillus megaterium; >200,000,000 CFU/g;
Bacillus pumilus; >250,000,000 CFU/g;
Bacillus licheniformis; >500,000,000 CFU/g.
Use BioBizz Microbes with the Full BioBizz Range
Microbes works particularly well as part of a complete BioBizz feeding programme.
Products such as Bio Grow provide organic food sources that support beneficial microbial activity, while Microbes adds a concentrated population of bacteria and fungi directly into the root-zone programme.
You can use it alongside Bio Grow, Bio Bloom, Root Juice, Bio Heaven, Top Max and other BioBizz feeds and additives rather than replacing any of your core nutrients.
Perfect Alongside the BioBizz Complete Soil Nutrient Kit
The nutrient kit covers the core feeding programme, while Microbes gives you an additional biological root-zone treatment that can be applied weekly throughout the cycle.
