Written by carl | 18 May 2012Can i use this product not only as a foliar spray but also as a soil drench? to kill thripes in my soil? can i use even during the middle or end of flowering? Also what preventative would u recommend from the start in order so that dont get these thripes again:) cheers mateThe Pyrethrum 5 EC can not be applied to the roots, it is to be used as a foliar spray only, it can be applied up to the last but one week. You can use Fungus Gnat Off as a preventative measure in the soil, or alternatively, spray a solution of Neem Repel around the edges or your growing area as a preventative measure.
