Shop Manager - Bristol

Lively retailer with a flair for sales? 

Now’s your chance to take on Bristol’s biggest hydro store. 

You’ll be responsible for the entire site – that’s stock, staff, sales, cash – the lot.

But, it’s not all management - you’ll get stuck in with the marketing team, too! Together, you’ll merchandise products and keep displays looking fresh. To be successful, you’ll need a keen eye for presentation and be ready to keep a high level of standards throughout the store.  

Most importantly, you’ll drive sales, monitor sales performance and maximise sales opportunities. You’ll need to be a strong, confident, talker. Someone who can sell with confidence and enthusiasm to our customers, building customer loyalty.

Needless to say, an interest in hydroponics is a must and ideally, you’ll already be working within the Hydroponics and Horticultural industry or have a good growing knowledge. 

- Driving sales, upselling products
- Motivating, Managing & training staff
- Security (locking up / key holder)
- Stock Control
- Merchandising products
- Creating store displays
- Banking, handling cash and taking payment
- Planning and organising work schedules
- Distributing workloads between all staff members 
- Control and management of the movement of goods into, around and out of the site

Sales Assistant - Wembley 

Working hours: part time (potential for full time)

 We’re looking for tech savvy people with a keen interest in indoor growing. You don’t have to be an expert – just excited to learn! 

You’ll be joining a welcoming, tight-knit team. To begin with, you’ll mostly be learning from senior sales consultants. When ready, you’ll consult with customers, to offer advice and solutions.

You’ll need to be a confident, competent person. Someone who’s a great listener, a problem solver and able to make a decision. Previous retail experience is desired but not essential. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for the UK's largest hydroponics retailer and to develop a career in retail.
