High-Quality Thyme Seeds
Thyme from Provence is one of the most renowned. It was introduced to France by the Romans and then onto the UK. The leaves and sprigs are great as a seasoning for meat, fish, soups, vegetables and sauces. It's perennial (lives longer than 2 years) and prefers light, cold soils, in partial shade. Sow from March to June and it’ll be ready to harvest in summer.
