Franchi Seeds 1783 Wild Fennel Seeds
This is a perennial plant (lives longer than 2 years). Leaves can be used around 2 months after sowing.
Fennel’s great with meat, fish and vegetables. It’s great added to trout or salmon cooked in foil in the oven with some butter, lemon juice, salt and pepper. You use the leaves also to add taste to bread and biscuits and for some spirits.
