Your pH is key to nutrient uptake.

At the wrong pH, some nutrients in your feed cannot be absorbed by your plants. The best pH for nutrient absorption is 6, but anything between 5.5 and 6.5 is good.

Just remember that as plants use nutrients from your solution, the pH may change - make sure you tweak is as needed (without over-adjusting) .






To Use

• Before use, hydrate in KCL solution for 24 hours
• Calibrate before use
• To turn on, press the power button
• To turn off, press and hold the power button
• To measure pH, remove cap and hold in solution and wait for reading to stabilize
• To hold the reading, press the power button. Press the power button again to cancel the hold
• To change the temperature units, hold down for three seconds, then press the button to choose your unit.
• Always rinse the probe, and add 3 – 5drops of KCL solution into your cap. Replace your cap, then store for future use.

To calibrate

• Rinse, and place in solution of pH 7
• Wait for the reading to stabilize
• Press and hold the cal button
• Release the cal button, but leave the probe in the solution while the display flashes
• When the pH is display, rinse in fresh water, and place in a pH4 or pH 10 solution and wait for the reading to stabilize.
• Press and hold the cal button
• Release the cal button, but leave the probe in the solution while the display flashes
• Cal 4 or Cal 10 should be displayed and the tick should be displayed
