Using these bars in propagation if your final growing space uses the Lumatek Zeus is a fantastic idea as your plants will grow and develop not only at their optimum potential but also using the exact same spectrum of light that they will use under the Zeus. This reduces any growth shock when moving to the main tent and gives your young plants the perfect basis to push on from.

Each bar is 115cm long and has an effective growing footprint of 120cm x 25cm, although in practice as a propagation light these work perfectly in a BAY6 DP 130 tent covering 2-3 propagators. The total light output is 295 µmol per unit offering an impressive level of light for the input wattage.

Each bar is supplied with a remote dimmable driver, letting you keep the controls of the light outside of your growing space and giving you the ability to dim the unit using an external 0-10v controller. Multiple lights can be connected in series to cover a larger area using a Lumatek daisy chain cable. Please note, that in order to dim these individual bars, they must be either connected to a controller or used in series from an existing dimmed lumatek fixture. They do not feature their own manual dimming dial, although in practice the right intensity can be achieved by altering the mounting height.

As with the Lumatek Zeus, Clear Glue protection cover technology on the LED bars gives light transmittance of 99% without light loss, maximising the lifetime of diodes. It also gives extra corrosion resistance and waterproofing up to IP65 standard. Perfect for high humidity propagation and veg environments.
