Is the intermediate grow tent too small for this kit?
You will be able to use the NFT205GTi in this tent, you will also need to use an extraction kit to help manage the temperature. Extraction kit 1 will be fine for this setup.

can you add a air pump to the resouvoir on this system to aerate roots and is it possible to do so on nft's and does it improve air supply to roots
We have an aeration kit for this NFT system, which will improve air supply to the roots.

Which grow tent would you recommend for this setup to work effectively. Thanks.
The best tent for this kit would be the Medium Budbox, as it has the headroom to grow plants to maturity.
