Tent Intake Fans

These small inline duct fans are ideal for air intake purposes in a small grow room or tent. Although we deem them unsuitable for extraction since not enough power is generated for use with a carbon filter, they work well as small active intake fans and cost a fraction of the price of a larger fan. Requires some basic wiring.

Do these come with a plug attached?

The Tent intake fans do not come wired up, we can supply a 4 metre power lead which will work with all of our fans.

Do these fans have to be constantly on or can they be attached to a timer?

The tent intake fans can be run on a timer, I would recommend running them constantly when your lights are on.

how are the mounted and what is the noise level?

The easiest thing to do with these fans is put them straight into the ducting, alternatively, you could hang them using nylon string. They are very quiet for the amount of air that they move.
