Plenty of manufacturers and grow shops (including us) are always offering feeding schedules and growing guides which lay out a successful growing regime that will get you a good result. The problem is that no two grow rooms are ever the same - and growing guides are often not quite right for everyone because of what species you are growing, your conditions or even the tiniest differences in set-up.
The only true way to get the perfect growing guide is to experiment over time, slowly tweaking your growing technique and assessing the impact of those changes. To help you record your findings and observations (and to give you a reference point if you ever do manage to hit the perfect crop) we've drawn up this handy blank Grow Sheet. The idea is that each grow you record what you did and after a few crops and a few tweaks it should be easy to see which changes have improved your crop and yield.
