Our pH adjustment solutions are specially prepared for use in hydroponics. They are extremely concentrated and care should be taken when in use. Our pH Down is 81% phosphoric acid and pH Up is 24% potassium hydroxide. For growers in very hard water areas we also offer Nitric Acid pH Down as an alternative to phosphoric acid because it affects the composition of the nutrients less. Keep away from children.

The solutions for super accurate calibration. Use these at 25 degrees centigrade and never keep an opened bottle for more than 6 months. We only recommend using pH 7 buffer when calibrating our Hobby pH meters.
