These beauties mad by market leaders budbox, make a perfect mother/clone/veg room.
I should know I've just got one! Add a shelf, have your propagation at the top and your mothers, begging plants down below.
There's many set ups you can have, I decided for a 4 x 2' exolux Bright wing light fitting for propagation and the power plant CFL reflector with a 125w veg bulb for underneath. I'm using a RVK100 for extraction and vents for intake.
You could add a 150w or 250w HID for veg/mother part but would require extra extraction/intake fans to control temps.
Or even another T5 light below would work, but not as well.
Or if you just want a small Growroom with a 250w hid it would work perfect as well.
