Lightwave T5 Fluorescent Grow Lights

SKU# G463

T5 grow lamp technology is rapidly gaining a reputation for outstanding performance in terms of light output versus power consumed. Ideal for large scale propagation thanks to the exceptionally even spread of light that they create, both Lightwave units simply ooze quality once you get them out of the box. Each individual tube is surrounded by a separate groove in the reflector, carefully shaped to optimise light crossover without wasting any output. The perfect size to fit into an XL Budbox, these Lightwaves represent the best option for growers wishing to create a dedicated high performance vegetative growth and propagation room.

hi do u get cool white and wharm white tubes with it ?

Written by steve | 3 Dec 2011

These units are supplied with cool white tubes.
How many plants could I grow under the 8 tube lamp? I assume these are for the vegetative stage and you could transfer to HPS to induce flowering? Many Thanks

The Lightwave T5 Flourescent 8 tube will comfortably cover an area of 1.2 square metres, & are very good for raising cuttings & seedlings, & taking them through the vegetative phase.
hi,can you flower using the t5 high output lights.how is the yield compared to hps.many thanks.

Written by SS | 27 Sep 2011

You would be able to flower under these lights if you changed the tubes to warm whites, but you would find yields are reduced compared with a HPS light.
