if you ran 250w in a intermediate bud box would you really need an extraction fan

I would advise using an extraction fan with a 250W light system in this tent because of the limited headroom available.

does it have vents for air cooled lamps.if so what diameter are they

The Intermediate BudBox Tent does not have ports for air cooled lighting, they are featured on all tents from the Large upwards. The air cooled lighting ports will accomodate 150mm ducting.
