Bubbler Tubing

It's not rocket science, but this adaptable tubing is an absolutely brilliant invention for all of us indoor gardeners who want to raise oxygen levels in our nutrient solutions! Effectively one long air stone, bubbler tubing is simply a length of tube which allows air to diffuse through it. Attach to an infusion pump as you would an air stone (using 4mm irrigation fittings) and watch those bubbles go! Either create a loop of bubbler tubing using a 4mm Tee piece or create an extra long air stone using a 4mm goof plug (to block one end) and a 4mm connector. -

Professional High Output Air Infusion Pump

This top quality air infusion pump is extremely impressive both in terms of the volume of air it can move and the quietness of operation. Once correctly installed you can barely hear any mechanical noise - only the slight sound of huge amounts of fast moving air. Be aware though - until you properly connect up your airline and airstones, the pump appears to make quite a lot of noise. Supplied complete with a 12 outlet manifold which can be tee'd off from (using Air Line Tee Pieces) to run additional air stones if required. The adjustable levers on the manifold allow you to precisely control the distribution of the airflow for maximum effectiveness.

Air Pumps and Aeration
Roots need oxygen to function - it couldn't be more simpler than that! If your nutrient supply does not hold enough dissolved oxygen or isn't aerated using pumps and airstones, then your plants are likely to suffer. Aerating the root zone radically improves water absorption and nutrient uptake, increases cell growth/activity and accelerates overall root development. This process also stops water from becoming stagnant, which could otherwise lead to root health problems such as dreaded pythium (root rot). Creating an aeration system for your nutrient solution is straightforward and achievable irrespective of how much money you have to spend. All you need is an air pump, airstones and air line!
