These are fantastic. Suspend your light reflector from a pair (they are supplied as pairs) and then raise or lower your reflector just by pulling it up or down. The relatively high levels of power used by HID grow lights can damage normal timers if they are not protected by a separate contactor. This brand new Heavy Duty Lighting Timer has been designed specifically to withstand these power levels to offer a fantastic value solution for single light grow rooms. Rated to be able to control up to 1x 600 Watt Light, these timers will allow the owners of single light grow rooms to accurately control their light cycle without needing to invest in further expensive equipment. For rooms with multiple lights we recommend either a Grasslin Timer and separate contactor, or a Heavy Duty Exolux Contactor.

T5 lighting is the latest development in fluorescent technology that is revolutionising both the commercial strip lighting and now horticultural lighting world. As well as being cheaper to buy, cheaper to replace and cheaper to run than traditional fluorescent tubes, the T5 High Output (T5HO) versions of these lamps are ideal for propagating young plants. With a 24 Watt Output per lamp, these tubes are a lot higher output than the old Visi-Lux tubes and perform much better when it comes to rooting cuttings.

The amount of light that your plants receive directly affects growth rates and yields, with the design of your reflector largely responsible for how much of this precious lamp output actually reaches them.
