Precion fan speed control with optional temperature override
These superb quality fan speed controllers are a piece of engineering brilliance that allows precise and linear fan speed control without the creation of any additional noise. Designed specifically for use with Airforce Systems Acoustic Fans (but able to be used with any fan), these controllers are available in 2 Amp and 3 Amp versions that can handle all of the Airforce Acoustic range with ease. The 2 Amp version can control the AF100, AF125 and AF150 whilst the 3 Amp controller is used to control the larger AF200 and AF250 models.
These quality controllers also include a secondary power input which when activated overrides the speed control and runs your fans at full speed. What this means to you is that you can set your “idling” speed via the controller, but plug your second input into another controlling power source such as the optional temperature monitor, a plugged in grasslin timer or even to a spare plug on your light timer contactor. With this innovation, you can have your fans at a lower speed when your lights are off and full speed when your lights are on (when using the spare plug on your contactor), or run your fans at lower speeds in cooler temperatures and full speed at higher temperatures (using the optional temperature monitor). The optional temperature monitor also allows the temperature control of a heater for complete environmental control. Please call or drop in to one of our shops for more info on these units.
