You’ll find the product incredibly easy to use – just secure over the inlet of your intake fan using the handy drawstring and that’s it! You’re then safe from flying pests without affecting your airflow rate. Highly recommended for Summer and Spring. -
Acoustic Ducting

A high quality, flexible aluminium ducting with a layer of noise reducing insulation that not only dampens the noise of rushing air through the ducting but also helps to muffle fan noise when attached. For best results use on both the input and output sides of your extractor fan. -
Silencers

Sometimes silence is important. When this is the case you can't go far wrong with our super silent silencers. These have been carefully tested and meet our approval for use with RVK Extractor Fans. Simply choose the model that matches your size of fan and attach it to the output side with fast clamps (see right - related items). All our silencers are matched for each size of fan and require no reducers to make the necessary connections. -
Fast Clamps

Use a Fast Clamp for a professional fit between fans, filters and silencers. Fast Clamps are not suitable for clamping to ducting - you're better off using a Quick Release Duct Clip for this job. However for joining a fan directly to a carbon filter or silencer using a Fast Clamp is your best option. All our Fast Clamps feature neoprene anti-vibration padding for a snug, no-noise fit. -
Quick Release Duct Clip

Whenever you want to connect ducting to an Extractor Fan, Carbon Filter or Silencer use one of our Quick Release Clips. These are the quick tighten worm screw variety that provide strong and secure connections throughout your ducting/extraction system. -

When using a Ducting Y Piece you will probably want a Damper Unit as well to ensure you get the air flow you desire from each of your growing areas. Very simple to connect to Ducting - all that's required are Quick Release Duct Clips (see right - related items). -
Duct to Wall Connector (Spigot)

This handy bit of kit is used for connecting ducting to any wall or surface you choose. It literally is a hole with a flange around it for fixing to the wall and for attaching ducting to. A simple as that! -
Concentric Ducting Reducers

It's sometimes necessary to use a reducer. For example you may have a large powerful fan but only wish to make a small hole in the wall of your building for air to travel in and out. A reducer will help you do this. Below we list the most commonly used reducers. If you require one not listed then please call, we may be able to source it for you. All reducers are constructed from galvanised steel.
Ducting & Accessories
Connecting up your fans and filters will need a few different components, all of which can be found in this ducting and accessories section. The main component that every extraction system will need is ducting to carry your hot air away from your room and your fresh air to where you need it. We also carry a range of ducting accessories such as bend and Y-pieces for more complex extraction set-ups. The key with ducting runs is to reduce resistance wherever possible by keeping runs as straight and clear as possible.
