1. Pay On-Line with your Credit/Debit Card
Order plant lighting and hydroponic supplies with confidence with our secure online payment facility. You can order with complete confidence over the growell.co.uk site as all orders are handled by the secure SSL protocol which is an international standard.
2. Order By Phone with your Credit/Debit Card
Telephone us on 0845 345 5178 with your order. Have your credit/debit card ready and we will confirm your order for you there and then. We are able to take your order Monday-Friday 9:30 am-5:30 pm, Saturday 10am-5pm and Sunday 11am - 4pm.
3. Pay By Cheque or Postal Orders
Print off your order from our website and make cheques or Postal Orders payable to GroWell. On receipt we can clear cheques in less then 1 minute for fast dispatch. Post cheques to: GroWell Hydroponics & Plant Lighting Ltd, Mail Order Division, PO Box 3225, Warwick. CV34 5GH.
4. Pay by Cash Via Special Delivery
We accept payment in cash via Special Delivery. Simply go to your local Post Office and enclose your cash payment in a Special Delivery Envelope. Send cash to: GroWell Hydroponics & Plant Lighting Ltd, Mail Order Division, PO Box 3225, Warwick. CV34 5GH.
5. Order By Fax with your Credit/Debit Card
Print off your order from our website and fax us on 01926 621766 with your order together with your credit/debit card details.
6. Pay Cash Directly into GroWell Bank Account
We have a special account set up for you to pay money into. Submit your order to us from the checkout indicating that you will be paying cash directly into our bank account and the day you will be paying this money in. Then go to any Natwest Bank completing a paying-in slip quoting the following details: Account Name: GroWell. Account number 46437460. Sort Code 56-00-45. As soon as the money shows in our account, usually within 24 hours, then we send your order out.
7. Pay us a Visit
You have seen the website now visit one of our hydroponics shops. Visit our nursery and grow rooms, we hold huge stocks for your convenience and we have helpful staff on hand ready to answer any questions you may have.
Our Solihull, Fulham and Merry Hill shop opening hours are Monday-Saturday 10am-5pm and Sunday 11am-4pm. Our new Coleshill shop opening hours are Monday-Saturday 10am-5pm.

All orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days. We would like to promise that all orders are delivered in 48 hours as 90% are. However we don't like to make promises we aren't 100% certain of keeping. If you are desperate for your order, tell us and we will see what we can do. We always do our best for our customers. Deliveries are made by a professional courier company between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
1. Low Cost Delivery Service
There is a small charge of £5.95 for postage and packing. This charge remains the same no matter how large your order is. The only exceptions are for customers in the Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man where a £20.00 surcharge applies and Eire where a £25.00 surcharge applies in addition to the normal £5.95 delivery charge. (Customers in these regions please note: If your order is small or if you think that there is a cheaper way of dispatch then please call us on 0845 345 5178 and we will see what we can do) Also a £5.00 per bag surcharge applies on 50 litre Clay Pebbles and Coir and 100 litre bags of Cellmax, Perlite & Vermiculite. This Heavy item surcharge increases to £10.00 in areas with a regional surcharge (see above).
2. Plain Packaging Policy
It is company policy to send out all orders in brand new plain cardboard boxes. Your purchase is your business and we like to keep it that way. This is about respecting the individual's right to privacy.
3. Depot Collection
As well as delivering to your home we can arrange to have your order delivered to the address of a local courier company for you to collect. To collect your goods we supply you with a unique reference number, which you then quote to the courier company when collecting your order. We can only accept cash payment, cheques, postal orders or money paid directly into our bank account for this service. No credit cards. A £5.00 surcharge applies on this service. 4. Morning Delivery Service
For an extra £5.00 you can specify a particular morning for your order to be delivered on subject to our agreement. This service is beyond our control and we accept no responsibility if the courier fails to deliver on time. Sorry. To arrange this please telephone us on 0845 345 5178.
5. Saturday Delivery Service
For an extra £25.00 we can contract the couriers to deliver on a Saturday morning subject to our agreement. This is a useful service if you are desperate for something or if Saturday is the only day you can be available to receive an order. This service is beyond our control and we accept no responsibility if the courier fails to deliver on time. Sorry. To arrange this please telephone us on 0845 345 5178.
6. International Orders - Eire (Ireland) Only
We only send orders to the UK and Eire. For orders to Eire, there is a delivery surcharge of £25 on top of the normal £5.95 delivery charge (£30.95 in total) regardless of the size of order. (The only exceptions being for 50 litre Clay Pebbles and Coir and 100 litre bags of Cellmax, Perlite & Vermiculite for which an additional £10.00 per bag surcharge applies.) These delivery charges include insurance. For very small orders you can call us on +44 (0)845 345 5178 and we may be able to work out a cheaper shipping method for you.

At GroWell Hydroponics & Plant Lighting Ltd, we offer you a 'Complete Satisfaction Guarantee'. That is, if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund. No quibbles, no hassles - just pick up the phone and call 0845 345 5178 and we will take care of everything for you. Unfortunately we cannot, however, offer this guarantee on goods that have been used or tampered with, unless the product is found to be faulty. There is a time limit of 30 days from date of receipt on our 'Complete Satisfaction Guarantee'.
We are so confident that you will be happy with your purchase that not only will we refund the full value of your goods, we will also refund our post & packing charges to you under our 'Complete Satisfaction Guarantee'.
For items found to be faulty we will pay the entire cost of shipping back to us regardless of weight as well as the cost of return shipping to you of a replacement product. The 30-day time limit does not apply on faulty items. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We are happy and proud to offer our excellent Returns Service. However we do everything we can to make sure you are 100% delighted and satisfied with your purchase in the first place. This includes the following:
1. All plant lighting systems are tested twice prior to dispatch. Once in the factory and again in our dispatch department.
2. We only sell quality items that are tried and tested and that have stood the test of time.
3. All orders are carefully packed to prevent damage to any of the plants or gardening tools and accessories in transit.
4. All orders are clearly labelled to prevent them getting lost.
5. We only use a reliable courier company that utilises the latest in parcel tracking technology including online tracking.
6. We take pride in our work. What makes us tick is a happy customer.
